I just received my pre ordered copy of Halo:Reach from Amazon.co.uk which is due to release on Monday.Now if I play my game when connected to xbox live am I going to get banned as the game is not officially released yet? regardless my game is genuine and it’s not my fault they send me early.

As you can change your timezone and still be connected to xbox live, is there any way I can play the Halo: Reach Beta earlier than the 3rd May by changing it? I live in the United Kingdom if it helps.

I’m not sure if people can do the same thing with Xbox Live accounts as they do with gold or items in WoW or Accounts for Ragnorok.
